Group Classes 5:30-6:30 Mon&Wed

Group classes offer a fun workout and kickboxing training twice per week. 

 

You can learn beginer through advanced kickboxing routines to get you in shape and help you feel more confident about yourself.

 

Group classes pump the cardio up while you learn kick and punch combinations, ab exercises, upper & lower body strength drills, heavy bag work, and hand pads.
